it has been shown, that the female initiates the relationship, and chooses the male, in human relationships. So it is not up to you, to worry about it too much. Look for basic capability, can she cook, and build a fire, set up a tent, does she have empathy, and a conscience, many successful people do not have a conscience, this is not necessarily a bad thing, but something to be aware of.
