I want that paint tool SAI thing but I have to pay for it and I don't know if there's another tool (for free , no trial days => like GIMP) like SAI for free . Can someone help me ?

how long did it take to do this? :o it's amazing! ive been DYING to make my own anime for god knows how long and now that ive practiced drawing the two main characters, ive been trying to download programs and watch vids on other people's attempts. i must say yours is the best, hands down :).
