  • I recently dislocated shoulder, was just wandering if anyone knew if Cleans, snatches hang cleans will still be possible? and if im doing heavy deadlifts, could I rip my shoulder back out ?

  • @curlyies

    Rest and rehab first

  • Dude, that was legit! I have trouble with snatches; the bar ends up a little forward then where my arms should be (behind the back) and it ends up falling in front of me. It's probably my wrist right now though; hurting for quite some time.

  • Good work!!

  • I have a question, by this being the lowest catch or recovery you've done in a long time, do you mean power variations or snatches in general?

  • I refer to snatches (and cleans for that matter) in general. Pulling high and long is better for throwing strength, but worse for OL results. I've opted to try and increase my throwing result to the disadvantage of my lifting.

  • should i practice the skill properly before engaging in this exisize

  • @mormanwarrior fuck off you nause.

  • @mormanwarrior yes you are right, first technic and second powers. but i think the braveness is most important thing. those guys who are working with these weights are like half-crazy lol, humour by me.

They are big warriors, many guys dont dare to lift those weights up because scaring own muscles got broken fucking badly.

  • @RandeT With good technic you couldnt still gets up those weights if u hasnt enough much powers i know but a technic is also important part with weight lifting, or what? i was once a Sprinter and i worked with weights but with lighter weights to comparing to yours ones.
