ya it was sad. Debra Hill passed away from cancer, before it the game could be completed. and there was going to be an anime style cartoon with Kurt doing the voice. I wish somebody in hollywood would step up, and do something new with snake, but still keep to the original New York style.

This is a clever concept. There is another "sequel" to the Escape movies on Youtube called Escape from Total Recall, and that one has Arnold Schwarzenegger and Kurt teaming up. It is a comedy though. I'm interested in whether or not the creators of these movies know each other or have communicated.

pretty good. any way to continue the snake plissken dsytopian world is fine by me. its the shame the comic and the video game was cancelled. movies like this keep the legend alive

Blinky, great movie, I am a fan of all the John Carpenter films as well as your horror films. Now on this paticular film, you should use more lighting effects and have the actor that's portraying Snake Plissken have more of a Clint Eastwood voice. Jack Burton was pretty much nailed to the T. However, your films are fantastic, so this better not be your last project.
