How many people get paid to harrass people? I don't know...how many supervisors does Canada Post have? They could cut half of the supervisory staff without anyone noticing...other than the fact there would be a more positive work environment after that.
I recognize some of the '81 shots as well...I wish we had "digi"cameras back then...would have made things easier...

Canada Post is too bureaucratic and poorly people-managed, in my opinion...just let me do my job, and stop making a simple thing complicated! Management's obsession with technology may prove their downfall. Machines aren't people, and people aren't machines.
Canada Post treats their employees' like the enemy, always has, but we have fought back with the numbers and power of a collective force. We out number them any day. You are not alone.
The faces change, but the policies. Moya Greene is only a puppet controlled by the CPC board and Steven Harper. The problem will not go away when she is gone, just the face changes.
