you dont really have to click 10 times for a sample, just use an area that has more clean skin or whatever you need

What version of photoshop has the healing brush? Mine is 6.0 and it does not have it.

The Healing Brush was introduced in Photoshop 7. You can use the Clone Stamp tool for just as clear (or clearer) effect, but it's not as easy. If you are unable to upgrade to version 7, you can get the freeware program called The Gimp which has a "healing brush".

what's the difference between the healing brush and the rubber stamp... it seems like they both do the same thing.

The Rubber Stamp copies exactly what is in the original area. The Healing Brush uses the original area as a guide, but corrects the scratch (or blemish) mathematically by filling in with similar pixels.

LOL -- sorry... that was part of the Camtasia program. It is an option so people know when I am clicking a key or the mouse.
