The description says it's a party monster. I don't know much about Aion, but anyone that can solo a monster meant for a group seems pretty good to me, especially only using half mana.
I know what kiting is. I was just saying that for a cleric to take on a monster meant for a group, especially only using half-mana, is fairly powerful.

A cleric can solo an elite mob easily, but how the FUCK can Smite do 1.1k damage? =S that' just fucked up
