B) Planetary Mechanics does not state that the moon was "in" the earth. The theory is that the moon was formed between the earth and another planetsized body. The resulting ejection of matter from the explosion eventually formed our moon. This occured during the early formation of our solar system.

That is radical. You want to return to a day when women were considered LESS than man, a day when women were deemed incapable of working a "man's" job. Only problem is that society has changing values, and many people don't believe in the concept of marriage anymore. So, yes, that is a very old fashioned and very radical and negative way of thinking. Parents need to raise their kids, but they also need to work to provide for their children. The days when dad could provide everything are over.l

I don't think women are incapable of doing a "man's work. 3..Just because many people don't believe in the concept of marriage, does not invalidate marriage. It is still the only real and true commitment between loving people. Anything less is not commitment. 4. Wanting mom's to raise their own children, for them not to be raised in an anonymous group by strangers is neither radical nor negative...

pacololo....5. Dad can and should provide for his family, if he chooses to make one....It's not only possible, I did it, but thousands of parents do it right now. Today....They just don't get to have all the b.s. toys, trips, and nice houses they might want...Our childrend deserve more than the abandonment of day care, or we'll lose our nation.

Sure, a bit old fashioned in your thinking, but I'll accept it. You're right, thousands of parents do it, and yes you did it. But for me, growing up with a single mom, I'd have to disagree with everything you said and if you only knew the situation that millions of kids with single parents go through you'd likely change your mind. Personally, I turned out fine, and many of my friends turned out fine with single parents...perhaps we're not living the "American Dream" but we are happy nonetheless

Thank you for reasonableness....I admit it's a bit old fashioned, and my problem is I keep getting distracted by idealism.....I don't mean to deride single mom's or their kids....We work with what we make and what we have......I would just prefer that common thinking still acknowledged that two parents is preferable, if , of course, possibel..good luck...jw.
