Yep! The tallest building on the Sea of Japan! You should go there one (sunny and bright!) day and make a video from the obeservation deck on the 34th floor. You can get an almost 360 view! afaik no entrance fee. A few restaurants out there as well. Enjoy!
Again Bandai Bashi. This time cycling on the opposite pedestrian walk, heading towards Hotel Okura on a sunny day in beautiful Niigata. At the end you can see the Toki Messe Convention Center in the background. Well done!
