you need to suck it up. I know your thinking omg you dont get it, but I was the exact same way if not worse, but I sucked it up and it was hard, I hated every moment of it and I even cried sometimes. Eventually your mind changes and these gross foods become great, and the junk food tastes like shit.
Hmm, woaw that is a LOT of exercise. Though i bet i could lose 70-100 pounds with it. I'm looking for some input on my routine. I just started a week ago. I work out every day in the morning and in the evening. It is usually around 30ish minutes of exercise and then a 40 minute walk and half jog. I do yoga however because I've heard good things and i just want to look lean not built. I eat ALMOST nothing, but i don't starve. Usually no big meals but small "snacks" throughout the day.
I'll have fruit for breakfast, like a few tangerines or a stem of grapes until i feel I'm good to go. Then i snack on carrots or cucumbers every 2-3 hours. Small portions. Sometimes i will have a fairly small meal like fish or cauliflower. This has been quiet consistent except for today when i didn't go for my walk.
Sounds like you might not be getting much protein. Do you eat dairy, eggs or beans? Vegetables are awesome, but you need to make sure you get enough protein. You don't need to eat a ton like many bodybuilders do, but you need enough to maintain the muscle you have now. Include an array of nuts (peanuts don't count), seeds (flax, chia, hemp, sunflower, unsalted), and lean proteins each day and you should be good to go.

i know ur not asking me but i think u shuld try treadmill first, if its hard for u too run then powerwalk at about 3.5mph-4.5mph, if u want to sweat and build a bit more muscle try holding 2 weights like 3 pounds each and powerwalk at the same time and swing ur arms alot so u burn more. i had the same problem when i was younger but then i gained it back after breaking a bone T_T
4 months ago, I discovered kettlebell training. i read 'enter the kettlebell' by pavel and have lost 31 lbs. I do the 'program minimum' workout, exercising for 12 minutes every m-w-f and 6 minutes every t-th-s. my food consumption has inceeased and i've lost 4 inches on my waist. i finally learned the best way to lose fat is to build muscle.

I am 100 lbs overweight but accumulated it slowly over years and the last 30 lbs within the last year and a half. How do the contestants on the biggest loser show lose 5,10,15 lbs in a week? they do this for 12 wks? What is the strategy there? Thank-you.
the people on biggest loser's first weigh ins after they work out shows them losing alot of their water weight... you will notice as time passes for them and the weigh in more and more they will start loosing less and less weight because they already nocked off their big water weight and are just kicking basically their fat after that. there are some of them who actually work harder then others tho and they stay consistent after their water loss.
The contestants on the Biggest Loser works out for 3 hours a day, and consume 1000-1200 calories/a day. Also with conjunction with the comment of "kodieN7". So they are really pushing themselves hard! Also the more you weigh the easier it is for you to lose weight at first. That's why it's hard sometimes for people to lose their last 5-15lbs. You really have to apply yourself! I lost 50lbs. in a year and have 50 more to go! Find something that works for you and stick to it! Don't get discouraged

I do the 'program minimum' workout, exercising for 12 minutes every m-w-f and 6 minutes every t-th-s. my food consumption has inceeased and i've lost 4 inches on my waist. i finally learned the best way to lose fat is to build muscle.

i have been dieting the past 4 days ... by only drinking A LOT OF WATER ... having breakfast ... launch a very little amount ... and 1 sandwich (cheese) at night ... and while studying .. i use jump rope .... every day .. i change between breakfast and dinner.. so i eat a lot on breakfast .. and small on dinner .. then the opposite ... and im losing weight VERY FAST ... like 1.5 - 2 kg a day ... is this healthy ?? .. in 4 days ... i got from 98 - 92 kg ... that's a lot :( ? please help

losing weight is one of the simplest things to do...you dont need weight gurus or anything here is the secret formula --- if (calories in) < (calories burned) then you lose weight....its that simple....no go tell the world

( think ) food has nothing to do with wight ok maybe a little, I eat too much and don't care about sugar or oil simply I don't give a fuck about what I eat and I wight 160 lb but I think a lots, so the key is thinking not food. ok read and study math good for you mind and for your body. if you see all fat people don't like to think well means not smart at all, and they are always happy which is very bad to be happy all the time, hope I helped M.Fs

I am 100 lbs overweight but accumulated it slowly over years and the last 30 lbs within the last year and a half. How do the contestants on the biggest loser show lose 5,10,15 lbs in a week? they do this for 12 wks? What is the strategy there? Thank-you.

the people on biggest loser's first weigh ins after they work out shows them losing alot of their water weight... you will notice as time passes for them and the weigh in more and more they will start loosing less and less weight because they already nocked off their big water weight and are just kicking basically their fat after that. there are some of them who actually work harder then others tho and they stay consistent after their water loss.

The contestants on the Biggest Loser works out for 3 hours a day, and consume 1000-1200 calories/a day. Also with conjunction with the comment of "kodieN7". So they are really pushing themselves hard! Also the more you weigh the easier it is for you to lose weight at first. That's why it's hard sometimes for people to lose their last 5-15lbs. You really have to apply yourself! I lost 50lbs. in a year and have 50 more to go! Find something that works for you and stick to it! Don't get discouraged
