Zibabweans are stupid. Instead of investing in the infrastructure to learn how to cut and process diamonds- they flog them on the black market for a fraction of their value and for personal gain. When white South Africans ran the show they came up with de Beers and monopolised the entire global trade. Blacks by contrast, are just too short-sighted.

The mark up could easily be 500%. Americans and europeans would never be stupid enough sell you crude oil and then by petrol back from u, or sell you tobbacco, only to find themselves importing your cigarettes. Thats just plain daft. But Africans do this left right and centre!
