i bet they wished they'd listened to the scientists who wrote 'limits to growth' 40 years ago, rather than a load of unqualified goons. ie economists telling them growth could go on infinitely
I think this is right on. This is what it will look like if we go into a collapse. people had better wake up, and stop pretending to live in la la land. the bankers have taken over, china is buying up our land, people are loosing money, and the polititions are disappearing. how the hell are we going to climb out of this debt? we have foreigners coming over here, are schools are not teaching anything, and still people are watching the sitcoms, and are brain dead
things got really messy here in Brazil back in the 80´s. we had a crazy inflation (like germany), we were totally broke and didnt pay our international debts. was that the end of our society? not really. that lead us to a New (brazilian) Order. Military dictatorship got down and we finally became a democracy.
there is still alot of cuts the your government can do before they cut electricity.
@maizuka There have been 25 countries to hit hyperinflation in the last 100 years, eventually things return to normal but things can get out of hand quickly - look at what happened with Germany.
@econewpower they can get out of hand but the probability is small. would you actually bet this will happen? are you actually buying water, food and guns? i´m not being sarcastic or whatever. really wanna know.
Any countries that got golds/silvers in their national vault, or got major manufacturing/agriculture sector, is like to survive although will take a big hit in early time.
Part 1 says that the dollar collapses because of debt crises in several foreign countries. Actually, that would probably make the dollar a place of refuge and drive the value of the dollar up. The dollar will collapse when the European debt crisis is resolved somehow in the future and the Euro is strenghtened. That is when people will look at the situation in the USA where the debt will then be near or over 20 trillion dollars and they will flee the dollar.
nice bit of fiction... the wild west coming back, huh? well, time to chop some wood, light some fire, grow your own food, and basically stop being ridiculous american capitalists. you made your own downfall - and the rest of the worlds. thanks for that, hope you enjoyed not caring about anything but money for the 50-60 years it lasted.
@hcvang Your view of it is totally off, you should really read more and stop spewing canned statements you hear. It its the crony system of the world's central banks and their crony banks and corporations that drove us into this. Do you really think that the problems in Europe with all those countries being in such deep debt was caused by the US? How about Japan, being broke twenty years ago? Or Argentina over 10 years ago? Grow up, educated yourself, and stop being childish.
@hcvang sir you are totally off the page with these comments the American people are not responsible for the coming collapse. It is the facist elite who have deliberatly engineered this collapse and now are teaching YOU to blame the american people who are not responsible so they can escape unnoticed. Sir please for all our sakes grow up and learn your history. From an Aussie
The present situation in the USA is starting to remind me of Germany in the 20s: bankruptcy and moral decay gave the opportunity for a revolutionary far right new political movement to arise and blame the chaotic situation mainly on their political leaders and bankers, many of which also happened to be zionists…
@OrganNLou You are drinking the Marxist/Socialist cool-aid.
Go do some homework on economics, and look into the derivatives caused by Jimmy Carter that insured the financial downfall. Check the numbers when the Socialist-Democrats were in Congress, and what happened to our economy. Blaming the Republicans is only what a cool-aid drinker, Obama enabler, would say. How do you like the promised "change" we are now all suffering from?
Thank you Tea Partiers and republicans for throwing us back into an economic abyss! You took away the little bit of stability we had and replaced it with complete unease in the markets.
Great videos!!! So what now. Buy more guns!?! I have food, water, shelter, gold, silver, clothes, first aid, a BIG garden, seeds, books, and kits stashed all around town. Now..... I wait, if it's a fight they want.... Let's rock out with our cocks out!!!! For freedom!!
We are going into hard core tyranny NOW! They announced "The Super Congress" the other day on CBS the casually talked about it like it was the price of shampoo. The So Called Super Congress is a hand picked committee they know, will do what they want. The committee and the faining president Obama will dictate to Congress. I guess they are going to put the constitution of the United States in a Museum. WE ARE UNDER HARD CORE TYRANNY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

You can thank Jimmy Carter for his "affordable housing".
Why else would the banks fail?
Because the FED required them to take on loans that could not be paid back.
The banks are beholding to the FED and had to comply.
They saw this collapse coming for years and are grabbing all they can get.
That sentiment is happening throughout all of our economy. Everyone knows we are doomed so everyone grabs for the socialist promoting "change".
This man's story is a realistic description of how it will be.
