I couldn't live in one of those apartments. I get motion sickness just riding in cars. Anyone who suffers from motion sickness (and many young kids do) couldn't live in a continually moving apartment, any more than they could live in a houseboat.

Motion sickness. Who would really want to be in a building that moves all the time. And how the hell does the elevator work? I mean if the floor is moving as you get off the elevator lift, wouldn't you get crushed in the doorway or is the entire inside of the inner wall not there? No load bearing structure = a failure at x load capacity. I could just see a major wind storm breaking off sections like a lego piece.
