I think this is refelection. The little lights go over the body of the space station at 12:38 in the movement. What we are seeing are lights coming on within the craft and the refelction is coming off the glass.

I think this is refelection. The little lights go over the body of the space station at 12:38 in the movement. What we are seeing are lights coming on within the craft and the refelction is coming off the glass.

My observation is as follows...no crackpot lens glares, or "overlaid videos", pssh just a recorded live feed in space, UFOs in the back, someone caught it and moved the darn camera. that makes a hell of a lot more sense to me than anything else I've heard. But some people just can't help trying to make something out of nothing. It's like smashing a dirt rock and snorting it to get high...you can't there's no coke in it.

If you go to the San Hose webcam site stated and find the relevant frame from there, you can see that the image you are witnessing in the video was overlaid onto the video somehow and that the original image itself was infact just a plane coming into land or taking off from the local airport and the lights you are seeing were infact the anti-collison lights and or strobe lights of the aircraft. Look closely and you can another two. The San hose webcam was set to a time exposure setting.

@basilus About a year ago I came across a forum post on something like this. It contain a link to nasa.gov archive of a camera outside ISS. The still pictures were removed from the archive within 15mins of me saving them on my HDD! I have them still.... they are convincing that there is a large city sized station/craft of some sort.

it has to do with the lens skip back and forth from 1-4 mins the angle changes .Also note the glare to the left of the iss also on the same angle as lights and moves with the lights.

Sorry to disappoint but the sequence is sunlight reflecting from their jettisoned poop. They expel the poop into space in small units so it will hopefully degrade faster. NASA is covering up orbital pollution! The ISS crew is literally shitting on San Jose, they don't want you to know!
