The TV-out comes out from the 3.5 mm jack ;) After a 2-year time, battery is still doing its job (lasts about 3 days of normal activity). Camera (8mpx) is working fine though you have to stand still a few seconds after the shooting click. After i've used this phone I can say: This was a good investment and it made the difference between other phones at the time Omnia HD was born. SAMSUNG Touchscreens are the best phones on the market with the best price-quality rating. I'll buy me Galaxy S2 now!

This is a shitty phone, don't buy it, I had the Omnia 2, it freezes and does not respond smoothly, no wonder if you know windows mobile OS.

The hardware is amazing though, high resolution screen with wonderful colors.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT.

Yes it has, one up, and one down side of the phone :) Stereo! U see that small line-like holes when he shows up and down of the phone - that are speakers holes :)

This phone costs about the same price as the n97, but it should be much more expensive, because... Better display, way better camera( 8MP, HD video), 256 RAM (n97 has 128) capacitive touchscreen, better interface with 3D effects, fm transmiter works better compared to n97( fm transmitter is useless on n97)

so, by looking at this list Omnia HD should cost way more expensive than n97...

I don't get why are nokias so expensive... u pay more and get less...

HD2. I have one, and even though it's so big (that's what she said), it's extremely productive. But it also depends on whether or not you want to use Samsung's own mobile platform, or Windows Mobile on the HTC :)

I use an iPhone as well as the HTC, and I can say that the speaker on the HD2 is pretty shite for listening to music, but the camera is pretty good. It also depends on whether or not you want all the advanced smartphone features etc. Plus the overall spec of the HD2 is much more powerful than the Omnia :)

It's rather reasonable. There's two interfaces for checking messages. But it does have a similar iPhone like way of checking SMS messages, such as viewing the whole conversation between yourself and the contact, so it doesn't have a horrible lurid inbox/snet messages method.

I personally haven't physically seen the Omnia HD. They're two different kind of phones I guess. One if more basic (Omnia HD), and the Windows Phone (HD2) has alot of advanced features, so it'll be down to personal preference. Zow, this might've been because the chrome was reflecting 'black light' making it look as if it had a complete black housing. Both 16 and 8 GB Models boast the same housing.

The iPhone has had such an effect on the phone market other providers have been forced to step their game up and create their own touch screens. It'll be hard cuz apple already has an established consumer. I have an iPhone 3G, but the 3gs is and th HD have features in commen.
