Prof. Jagan Nath Azad - Ghazal - Phir bhi kam tha

This ghazal was seared into my memory when I heard it in the 1980s in Karachi Gymkhana. Azad sahib recited it in tarannum there as well, preceded by the same Josh-Firaaq anecdote :) . Azad sahib belonged to the last generation of giants. May his memory be blessed.

It is a great privilege and a pleasure to be able to listen to a literary great such as the late Professor Azad,who is dearly loved on both sides of the border as well as by the Urdu speaking Indo-Pakistani community overseas. I would urge all those who may have videos of Professor Azad from other Mushairas to please post them on Youtube so that a greater number of his devotees may have the joy of watching him. Thank you.
