To get Rogue Noise, you have to have no brothers. I had 6 brothers and 1604 link power, but after finding out how to get Rogue noise, I deleted all my brothers. Now I have 904 link power.

well since not much play anymore, it'll be hard, you have to do 120 battles with your friends, and then delete all your brothers, and go rogue.

I'm not entirely sure how much LP it takes up. The ability isn't worth the LP anyway. Try BodyPack. It's WAY better than Auto-Lock. Auto-Lock was pretty good in SF2, where Burai didn't break it. In 3, Burai NOW breaks Auto-Lock, so it's far less practical than it was before.

When it comes to PvP (the real reason you're gonna play this game), RJ > BA.

BA can be stalled, and is less practical over WW.

Now, RJ. Try to stall that. I dare you. It doesn't have auto-lock, so it's more practical for those burai's out there. BA's auto-lock is a weakness in itself, so...
