Solinsky is just a down to earth guy. He gave his coach a lot of credit and was very modest about the whole thing. Galen Rupp had a very poor and cocky interview after this run. Solinsky is a much classier runner.

@bjropel dude thats a very fast time considering your age. it is very fast to a 5:00 pace. if you keep it up by the time your 26 like solinsky you could probably be around 28 minutes......who knows maybe even sub 27
