The yellow and brown showed sublime cue power but the black was meant as a straight double. Other than that, the way he throws his cue at the white ball is staggering, we'll never see another Alex Higgins, cheers for the upload:)

how ironic that Steve Davis makes a frame winning century and all people will remember is the crazy clearance by Higgins. What a legend! Even when he lost he won.

@AntiFanBoy1 lol he didn't even mean that shot on the black. obvious he was going up the table for a double then fluked it round. he looks like a rabbit in headlights with those balls bashing round the table. when Ronnie turns up, nothing can touch him. Even Jimmy White, Paul Hunter or Neil Robertson on their day would spank Higgins. Although Higgins is definitely one of the greats, he had a certain sneer about him.
