And I suspect the only way a big man could hit you is if he managed to catch you off guard. I used to train in various boxing and kick boxing skills then I got into wrestling and I would love to learn to be that nimble simply because dam WWE a chance to be a hero. Most of this stuff isn't "Ninja" stuff...it's just basic acrobatics....I DO like the various kicks and stuff he was doing though. I used to run up walls and back flip, and hand stand push ups, and get up to 4 steps across a wall before falling lol basic acrobatics....he seems pretty smooth with it all though :)
