0:28... Even though it's Pittsburgh, that scene where the cars bounce up and down the hill looks like scenes from cop movies/TV shows shot in SanFran.
There are some scenes in this trailer and some dialogue that never made the final cut. I hate when good scenes are chopped out of movies. They filmed it - it's good - so friggin' put them in the final print already !!!!
WTF is that sarah jessica parker, she looked so good back in the day,man either she aged badly or she fucked her face up with plastic surgery, i'm guessing it's the latter
0:5 women dead body is blinking with her right eye . Thats I call a professional. Whats so difficult to act in this scene than just keeping both eyes closed.
I like in this that he's in the Marine Unit. It's nice to see something different. Instead of a car chase at the end, we have a boat chase. I like it. They should represent the Marine Unit more often in movies. Outside of this the only other movie I've seen it on is Twisted. I also like that they're not in LA or NYC, both are so over popularized in movies, especially in police movies.
This movie pissed me off on so many levels. All those cocksucking piles of Pittsburgh trash cops treating Tom Hardy like he's a peice of garbage because he admits that his partner/cousin brutally assults an arrest suspect. So the penalty for testifying against a dirty cop is treating a good cop like a douchbag? Well, what's the penalty for police brutality?!
I have a feeling that this movie was supposed to be set in NEW YORK CITY. Italian and Irish cop family with new york/Jersey like accent in Pittsburgh?
@jbrian80- Pittsburgh has the 2nd highest Irish/American population in the US. Second only to Boston and ahead of New York. We have a large number of Italians too. They settled in Bloomfield and that's why it's called "Pittsburgh's Little Italy". Pittsburgh's steel mills were the only place a lot of immigrants could find work. Especially, the Irish and Eastern Europeans because the rest of the US hated them and wouldn't hire them for anything. So yes, it's completely possible.
@jbrian80- The accent isn't too far off, but they never get that right in any movie. Overall, this movie isn't too realistic and completely cheesy. But around Pittsburgh, we like it because of that.
@bliteman1 I don't know if you know anything about Pittsburgh dude but the whole city is inside a valley so there are a few hills along the stretch of the rivers.
the only decent movie sjp was ever in. also she looked quite good back than. less Horsy...

My late uncle was with the Boston Police River Squad. So I think I can see...some of the resemblance to this movie.
