Those who complain are just cheap mofos...this is awesome! I own a few longboards myself for like 5 years now and I'm not into doing tricks...I just like to cruise around beaches and hills, and streets in general. I live in Bay Area..San Francisco. Its fun on longboards but this just takes it to the next level..what I love about skating is the carving, I dont do tricks..this makes everything so much easier and more fun. If you don't like this, you must be a little kid with no money to get one =P

These boards are awesome. Yes they can go uphill down hill and everything in between. I mean they make off road ones that are just boss. My buddy is the guy in this video. He was a great freakin skater! He could do things on these boards that didn't seem possible. Miss you keV!
ya these boards probably won't be able to go up hills. next your not comuting to anything, ur being cuz it's doing all the work for you. you cant do 180-shovits and what not. All you can do 360 turns, go max at 20 m.p.h. and brake. On a real longboard ur committing with all the other riders out there and the apex 37 or dervish can go like 30-40 ish m.p.h. And this costs anywhere from 350$-700$ or (1,000 with a few upgrades.) My opinion get the longboard the first skate board ever to come out.
i would probably just get a really good longboard for half price if i was just going to use it for street. the thing these powered boards are awesome for is offroad. if you have big wheels than that would be sick to ride in dirt.
Powered boards are the shit! You haters just don't know a piece of technology that is a total blast when you see it. I strongly prefer the wired versions because they are much more reliable and responsive but either way they are a major carving blast. Go on a ten mile carve up and downhill and then whine about how much they are. Shit, my ski equipment was close to two grand and I get to use this way more than that. You get what you pay for. Reg boards are for little kids.
yea its cool but you cant do crap on those except cross step, maybe slide a little but i mean whose seriously is going to spend 600 bucks for a board like that, you can get the best longboard out there complete with everything for half the price and the only difference is you have to put a little energy into pushing, i dont see a point of having an electric board
look at the bushing, they rock i've used them on my long board since 2002 they are the best and with 600 watts my 205lbs body can be moved. "these bitches are sexy". I'm waiting for mine, dam you customs.

whats the point of getting an expensive longboard deck when you could just get bigger wheels longboard trucks and risers
it feels exactly the same but you cant do stupid tricks like walking on your board or some shit
