no, the real commercial does indeed say after douching lol. the narrators voice is slightly higher pitched so they probably changed it to this one after getting the hilarious feed back from the first one. and why does the black woman have to say after douching. I have seen it. I have reviewed it. I will label it. [FAIL] congratulations douche rephreshers
