  • Brainwashed by ITIL, you are funny! As an ITIL Consultant, I think It's better to be brainwashed by best practise than be brainwashed by less effective ways of doing things. Service Management is what the customer/ end-user has been wanting in the IT industry for years but IT people only spoke tech jargon, and now ITIL helps the industry connect with the wishes of the customer/ end user.
