I think the gameplay looks awsome. And even though there is a pop cap and no tib harvesting it still sounds like its going to be one hell of a fun game. Instead of building 10000 tanks like in C&C 3 you actually have to be smart and stretegic ! YAY :) ! And the new explosion effects look amazeing !

Are you an idiot? Is the water also stolen because there is water in WarCraft 3? It's impossible to make something that others haven't made already. Just like some company which I cant remember the name of sued JaGeX (RuneScape) and Blizzard (World of Warcraft) because their games had chat boxes, which was, appearantly, copyrighted by that company.

Water is a poor example. Water is a terrain. Obviously it is nothing wrong to use it. Im refering to the custom map where they spawn more and more infintry etc. Like warcraft 3's footman wars. I have never seen footman wars anywhere else before. Have u?

@SpicyHam You have posted that you waited CnC 4 for your entire life. I am hoping you are under 12. currently at Steam it was on special for $4.99 and it was overpriced. At the same time, CnC 3 and Kanes Wrath were on sale (a higher price too) and according to Steam it sold better. Go Figure. Look at StarCraft 2, one of the best selling PC games of all time and the best selling RTS ever. They played safe and kept i the same, but new graphics and units and level designs.
