it all depends whats the meaning of a shot to you.. to me its a 1.25oz in mixed cocktails or a 1 oz shot in a straight hard liquor shot...

Is it just me or are the 'shots' that bartenders usually use to measure the alcohol MUCH smaller then they should be. I mean.. when I think about 'two shots' it looks like about three times the amount i saw in the glass when he was done pouring... why do they call it a 'shot'??? lol

why dont you say what youre pouring, not just the company names? two shots of smirnoff could mean like 5 different drinks.
