Excellent. I must say Steve, you don't look at all 'rigid' in your technique, which lends the music a great 'organic' feel, if that makes sense. Anyway, keep the uploads coming!
@biggsy182 Thanks Ron. I replied to this one last week, but it seems YT has decided do one of it's magic disappearing tricks. This was always one of my favourite Sor studies, and I reckon that helps with the "organic" feel. Glad you like it. Bring your guitar over to my place next time you're in town, and we can jam.
@0kill13 Yeah. It's funny how some classical bits are incorporated into other genres. Another bloke comment on another of my uploads which he said had been played by a heavy metal band. I guess as long as it works, then do it. One good thing about using the classicals is that there is no problems with copyright infringements, as the composers died more than a century ago. Thanks for the comment.
@bdclassicalguitarist Hi Ben. I've have worked on this one a lot lately, developing the dynamics and strengthening the treble. I haven't seen any from you lately. I'm guessing that you're working on another Tarrega. Could it be Marieta? It is one of my favourites. Steve.
@NEVERMORExxxxx Thanks She. Yes, this is one of my favourite Sor pieces. I like the song on your profile. It could be sad, but it could also be poised, like as sprouting seed in the dark earth. Have pleasant spring days. Steve.
@rdan06 Thanks Daniel. The Segovia edition has some fingering in the middle fretboard, but i kept it at the end, for ease of playing. The notes are all the same. Steve.
@Gangly1 Hi Paul. The title is there now. The "revamped" youtube refused to do it the first time. At least this time it stuck. Have you got any more duets with Julie in the pipeline? I'm preparing one now with Serge.- Bach's invention number 8. I might have to get some technical tips off you again soon. Cheers. Steve.
Excellent - very nice job on this one! I'm working on this one myself and just played it for a class recital. Not so easy, huh? Keep up the great work...
Regards,
James
P.S. You might want to add a title so people know it's Sor's Etude in D
@jbclassicaldreams Hi James. I think i did this one for my grade 5 exam. It is very tricky. I did put a description on the page when i uploaded, but YT didn't put it up. I have done it again. Steve.
@CNlyrical Thanks Crystal. I will have to get some video editing tips off you to make my uploads more interesting. Your films are always so professional. Regards, Steve.

@sackasilver Yes, Roger. It's very tricky, and just like Sor to make the last couple of bars twice as hard as the rest.
