Hi Amy Question for you have you ever written to a celeb and had your letter back and no autograph? i have but that's beacuse i sent the letter in the wrong envolpe lol yea stupid! lol

another good thing to do is decorate the envelope with bright colours!! they will see it more than they would see a plain envelope!

i just thought to wonder i mean i know for some people it could be a hobby im not wanting to offend people but i worrie a bit when i see a group of fans outside a dressing room(cause of celebritys and stalkers and well cws) and i have always wondered how the celebritys feel about it...i do relise what i just said may be offending some people.....well proberly knowing my luck alot of people

@dondorian Not in the slightest. I read your comment on my CWS video. I think you're misinterpreting the severity of CWS and where the border is crossed from being a fan or not. Autographs are of many. If you had 1,000,000 of the same celebrity then yes, possibly that may lead to or be caused by CWS. Otherwise, it's just a hobby for most.

I like attending conventions to get my autographs. I enjoy collecting the professional photos with the guests. Conventions are also a great way to meet lovely new friends. : )

great video :) i'm not much of an autograph collector - i prefer writing to a few select celebs/theatre performers that mean a lot to me and getting actual letters back rather than writing to every celeb i know and getting just autographs back, but i know a lot of my friends do like autograph-collecting so this video will help them a lot x

If I want to send a letter to someone in the US would I need to send them a certain type of stamp so they can send it back?

@Soulmaka2 You need to include lots of internation reply coupons- not stuck on the envelope though but in with the letter/items. It took me about a year to get my reply though and it requires a lot more patience.

@hilol65 IRCs are no longer accepted in the US and most UK post offices don't stock them, I'm afraid.

I wrote to Michael Palin (one of my favourite comedians) in 2008 and received a reply from his secretary, but I didn't ask for an autograph :( I wish I had, it just slipped my mind, but it came just after my birthday so that was awesome. I would like to have Bill Farmer's (the voice of Goofy XD) autograph, but I'm slightly scared to send a letter. I mean, it's Goofy! O.O

I know a person who really loved the film 'Moon' (great film btw ;) and they tweeted the director asking them if they sent the dvd cover to them would he sign it and return it. The director dm'd him a while later saying if he sent him his address to x email address and he'd see what he could do.

Few weeks later he received a signed copy of the blu-ray through the post :p.

That's the kind of story I'd love to be able to tell about one I had!
