Less government spending, less taxation to American Citizens, a budget plan that works.
This man has been fighting for your personal freedom and the separation of congress from big business for years. He stands against draconian bills like SOPA, NDAA and the Patriot Act.
He has fought against the war on drugs, the foreign wars, the federal reserve, and corporate bail outs.
Vote for liberty this year. Vote for real change.
In 1979 Ron Paul voted yes for the Martin Luther King Holiday... Who voted NO? 1. Newt Gingrich 2. Dick Cheney 3. Phil Graham 4. Trent Lott. This was 11 years before the news letter scandal. Does that sound like Ron Paul is a racist to you? Please allow your brain and facts to guide your decision making, not some corporate news station. You're smarter than that.
Huntsman hit the nail on the head with how the UN is ineffective. and, he mentioned the anti-Israel bias in a matter of fact style - good move. It was smart to present it this way, noting it without making a huge topic out of it...
It's a shame that Governor Huntsman and Congressman Paul have been getting a fraction of the media coverage and poll numbers as some of the other candidates in the GOP. I really want to blame it on the media, but I know it really comes down to a lot of voters out there who lack the attention span to pay attention to legitimate policy discussions such as this. Those two men stand in a category of their own, set apart from the rest of the clowns in their party. - Signed, an evil liberal.
@chrisrrasberry decentralization of public services is always good and cut down costs. But you have to sacrafice some federal oversight for it to function and thats why its never gonna happen.
I have lived 15 years in Japan and agree 1000% with what he says. It's so bad here now that the masses have given up on change. They don't question anything, including the government on issues such as cesium levels in baby food or whaling or economic change. That is the path we are on and need to stop immediately. Anyone watching this, please support Jon Huntsman! (Jon, WHEN you are nominated and WHEN you are the President, please consider me for a Japan facing public service role!).
The amount of debt in the world is more than the amount of money in the world. That is a problem and it is a problem caused by the method which money is created -- through creation of debt.
Good discussion with many well informed questioners. Would be good to have such a well informed panel asking questions during a televised debate. The climate change answer wasn't well articulated, imo. Gov. Huntsman may not be a physicist or scientist, but as president, he will have to make decisions almost immediately. I do agree about other emitters are crucial to bring to the table, but as in his comments about the US being a 'beacon" in free trade, the same is true about climate change.
@hallietroubletravis i also liked his free trade comments. On other videos he has noted something to the extent of "aren't we already in a trade war?" meaning... that china barely buys anything from us and we buy a ton of stuff from them

Yes, push education to the local level...see "Making Schools Work" by Prof. William Ouch of UCLA. It works wonders when done at the local level.
