In my opinion, The notebook itself looks like a smaller version of a macbook, except for the top (obviously)

read the trade mark clause u cannot say that it looks like a nokia booklet 3g not a mac . but yes it does a bit

It's not a phone! Just becasue it's made by Nokia does not make it a phone. It's a Netbook/Laptop.
