  • Leave no noodle behind.

  • Cant help but think he says it like "Yucky Udon".

  • gracias por el video me parecio muy informativo!!

oye los pasos que usaste para cocinar el udon no son lo mismos para el yakisoba??

  • excellent post, looking forward to finding more posts,in ireland its hard to get good japanese food

  • вкусняха !

  • nice..song in the backround plz?

  • @visualyume The song is Kiroro - Kiseki.

  • what is the background music ?

  • i love Japanese food =x

  • That looks sooooooo good!!! Great video!!!

  • can i not put green bell pepper? haha! ^^ or will it affect the taste?

  • its nice to know that we can achieve this recipe on a gas wok at at kitchen in a restaurant :P

whatever dude, be more specific about weights/measurements, and do it on a Home gas/electric range, not a pro setup! this video is useless as a tool for people who want to cook up the recipe on their own. Uncool. shit ,I've been fighting assholes about politics on other sights , I figured I'd not complain about a food video!

  • does anyone know if I can put Okonomi sauce instead of tonkatsu sauce?

  • Yes, what was it that you added? I think there were two more ingredients that weren't listed? thanks

  • I think they were just a pinch of salt and welsh onion (the ones striped thin at the end)! But in yaki udon you can put whatever you like, I think I'm going to put shrimps, octopus and surimi instead of chicken :)

  • what is the song in the background?

  • I was told by the akulaman, months ago, that it's a song by Kiroro. He's not sure what the name of the song is.

  • Thank you

  • Hello...great video....You seemed to sprinkle other things in and add some sauce which you never mentioned what they were. Could you please list all the items you use to go into the recipe. Would really appreciate that. :0)

  • Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)

  • oic,, its "bean sprout".

    thanks for watching my video..

  • what did you put in the end? it was long white sticks or whatever it was...

  • Nice, simple recipe. Just wondering, what is the name of the song background and who is the singer?

  • I really like this dish..One question though, can anyone know how to make the tonkatsu sauce because, I don't it is available here...

  • 1/4 cup ketchup 4 teaspoons rice wine 4 teaspoons soy sauce 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons sugar 2 teaspoons applesauce 4 teaspoons rice wine vinegar 4 teaspoons yellow mustard 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 1/8 teaspoon ground clove 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • thanks. Now I can try it.

  • おいしい! :D

  • yum:p

  • BTW,, thanks for all comment..

  • dam i am in college i wish i could cook like that instead of eating ramen noodles ;(

  • @legendy2j im in college to and do alot of this kind of cooking, you just have to look for an asian supermarket to get all the right ingredients and your pretty much sorted, luckily this style of cooking is QUICK!

  • Malaysian??

  • mmm.... delicious

  • it didn't say what else did he put on that noodles...is it salt??? can you list all the ingredients? and can we buy anywhere in groceries?

  • i love watching you cook!

  • can u please write down the entire list of the ingredients?....amounts and stuff like that

  • oooh - I am soo going to try this out. What kind of sauces did Chef Man add the end, it went kinda fast.
