Turn a PDF into a Word Document

adobe reader doesnt have export in file or anywere else. so how do u change a pdf adobe reader file in a word doc. can anybody help me wiw this ?

Yeah I had that, but how do you actually get a usable word document out of it? Stupid employers living in the dark ages keep asking for word documents and anytime I export I get a jumbled mess of garbage. Screw this, I'm pasting it as a picture.
