Rock Lee vs Gaara is famous for its emotional content, I'd say. Naruto vs Sasuke is boring, cause that's how battles between main characters are : too many episodes. They punch each other forever and never die.

Goku vs Vegeta is the only exception, it's great ! But Goku vs Majin Vegeta seems kinda boring to me.

IMO Dragonball will always have the better fights. It's going to be hard to beat them.

But as an Anime it failed badly (not at the time though, just in hindsight), because they were too many holes in the storyline, and the storyline itself was boring and repetitive.
