How you said diversity employment spots with in an orginization should not be numbered. Also those "minority" spots should be for those individuals with Black skin.
You know what else I feel needs to be talked about, is the amount of scholarships for minorities that are available in which most of the recepients of said scholarships are given to "minorities" that are not economically challenged.
