Erik is dumb and cocky. Him making the group shows that nothing mattered except their skills. Not their work ethic, discipline, professionalism, attention to detail or anything that you can actually control.

they broke up because of differences of opinion on how management wanted to run them. Point blank they were hatting on Jacob, and probably was stealing money from the group once the guys spoke up Lou pulled the plug.

@berrykrazie um, Lou stole money from them by hardly paying them for their hard work. They broke up because they could not fund a music career as a group anymore. That and ego issue may have plagued them.
