  • The souls of the royal Stuarts must have mourned this event. Though government is necessary, a greater reign may have been had by the true Catholic monarchs of the United Kingdom. England's last chance was 1688, and you blew it! =P

  • @AdventConsular Lol what a jerk you are....who cares about the catholic church you people are really bizarre

  • at their coronation, i think queen catherine will be greeted with "vivat regina catharina" followed by "vivat rex gulielmus" for king william

  • No one surpasses Handel for pomp and majesty

  • Will it be King William III or King George VII when his time comes? Whatever happens she will be Queen Catherine!

  • @RoyalWeddingRing He will be William V. If Charles happens to take the throne he would be George VIII. Charles has reportedly considered using the name George when he becomes King. He has discussed ditching the title Charles III because of associations with some of the bloodiest periods in the monarchy's history.

  • @BritainShallPrevail George VII*

  • @BritainShallPrevail , There should be able to be a King Charles the 3rd without invoking the memory of Bonny Prince Charles, rather we could see it as the return of Charles the 2nds good reign, but hey if Prince Charlie wants to get named king George thats up to him

  • @theEmperorsTarot I agree.

  • great job mate! love it!

  • @UKpatriot90 Cheers mate, I'm glad you liked it. This isnt all though. I am uploading the next part now. Not sure yet how many there will be but it will be in order of the coronation itself.

  • Thanks for uploading this video. The House of Hanover is my favourite. King George III is my favourite king, but George II also led our country to great prosperity.

  • @ClassicalMonarchism I have to agree with you, the House of Hanover is my favourite too as well as George III.

  • @ClassicalMonarchism Hello! I came here to watch these videos about the coronation of George II of Great-Britain & Ireland, Hannover, Brunswick & Luneburg. As a German, I take (a bashful) delight in history, the British in particular, even more when interrelated with my Fatherland. Our nations were once enemies & our relationship is still far from being unflawed. It's good to know, it wasn't always so. But I wonder, what makes George 3rd your favourite! Isn't he supposed to have been a lunatic?

  • @Rotebuehl1 I believe the present queen has more German than English blood. Diana was certainly more English in her bloodline. I always thought that somewhat ironic.

  • @Bruce99100 Maybe she has, though her mother, Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother was a thorough Brit! Prince Phillip is 99,99...% German, Lady Diana was absolutely Britisch, not to say Englich, and now we've got Kate...ahhh...Duchess Catherine, who is a full Brit, as far as I know! I reckon, it takes time! Interestingly, the Royal Family sees itself as merely British, even when visiting German cousins in Germany! The only one that speaks German is prince Phillip, noone else in the family!

  • @Bruce99100 In that case how devestating is it that Diana did more damage to the British Monarchy than anyone else, and Queen Elizabeth has served this country in a dignified, dedicated and wonderful way for nearly 60 years, not many people working in thier 80s, she is a monarch to be proud and does more for British diplomacy than any Prime Minister and has the Worlds respect, God save the Queen
