i like the sound. i want to go 3 inch all the way back with an electronic cutout. question does your turbo always whistle that loud? did you do anything to make it that loud or just the open downpipe caused that?
youll be fine unless your sitting at a light for 20 mins the fumes wont fuck with you,it sounds ill as fuck with no cat ive got a 3" to 2.5" with no cat at all with stock exhaust i just to get it tuned,UNITRONIC BABY

yea same here and for my 02 sensor all you need a spacer to move the 02 up a little higher to fool it into thinking it has a cat, pass inspection everytime with no cat :)
@powers24 i have an 05 gli 3inch turboback cat delete and 3 inch qtp exhaust dump.... i have never changed my promary o2. plus the turbo acts as back pressure
i dont have a cut out i took off my cat just too see how loud it would be and it wasss way to loud put back on im going catless soon after winter most likey

its turbo you dont need back pressure.
i have been running my jetta gli with Open down pipe for almost a year with no problems. getting a 3"cut out soon

sounds pretty tight. are you running an electrical cutout? anyway its sounds just like my friends 20th AE GTI except his isnt as loud i dont think
