The locomotive is a AEM7 the head lights show the difference

2300-2307 are the AEM-7s,2308 is an ALP-44

That train is the Neshaminy Limited. It's one of the only express trains on the line, and provides fast service to the farther-out West Trenton line stations, like Woodbourne. Because this is much faster than a local may explain why there's a lot of commuters.

I see this particular train (6378 with Bombardiers) at Philmont a lot. One day recently, I noticed regular Silverliners on this train and wondered if a change had been made, but I've seen it with Bombardier cars since then. I didn't take the train on 6/17, so I didn't see any of the trains you happened to videotape that day.
