It's actually episode 18 in season 1 called "The Truth" After Ryan continuously(sp?) Tells Marissa that Olivers trouble she refuses to listen and goes to Olivers, the concierge (who concidentally has the name Natalie Bishop, the girl who Oliver said is his gilfriend) Marissa goes up stairs to confront him. She goes to leave but Oliver has a gun Marissa then hugs Ryan because he was right about Oliver.
