Ok, if this didnt work wich it didnt work for me..

what i did was i went to the folder gta4 and the folder RSBS i think

and go to the same thing as the video and make both windows xp sp2

than once you are done that you go to autorun and right click.......ect.

than press install and it *will* work!!
