Because these are tests. They're more interested in finding out what's been changed than winning.

That's true but not really my point. I still want to see what is new about Noel besides frames, attacks or other small changes that everyone already knows about. I want to see combos etc. Much like what Hazama's player has been doing.

The fact that no one even decent has been playing her, just keeps anything new from appearing. The game is released to arcades in a few days anyway, so I guess it isn't gonna matter very soon.
