Hi, i would like to know your opinion.. since APX500 have a one minute automatic turn off to save the battery power, how u encounter this problem? (because of that i just can play "preamp" for 1 minute or so)

I have this guitar and I do like it. Only thing I get annoyed with on my own is that fret 12 on E tends to buzz. I guess I gotta fix that.

@rurounisld I just got a new apx500ii and I find the action a little too high. I have a Yamaha dreadnought and the action on the apx is higher. I might reduce it

@rurounisld I have APX500 and the string action is very low, neck is very similar to electric guitar. That's why I bought this guitar, it's very easy to play

@KarolisZiolt yes i bought it too. i find the playability excellent but im not happy with its acoustic performance.

The thin body isnt producing the kind of sound i wanted. despite that is very good for its price

@rurounisld Not plugged in it sounds really weak. Although, I've done some records with it, but sound engineers are always mad at me :) It's very hard to find good sound when recording

i like acoustic sound all the way... i should search more about apx unpluged sound plus the top in not solid spruce !

Awesome skillz! I got this guitar and i have the look and feel of it, the only trouble i have with it is that the neck is very thin and i have to practice not muting other strings by accident when playing songs, but i've only had it for a month :) LOVE IT!

Nice guitar. I did get it but had to return it. The neck on these are real slim and even though I have small hands I still had problems with certain chords. I still recommend the Yamaha guitar cause its a great value for the price and quality. Plugged in this thing really sounds so good!
