  • hi, anyone want to talk english thru skype?.. ping me tq

  • The guy at 1:20 got some irritating ticks! WTF

  • hmm just to clear up the differences between english speakers for those that are learning

english its self is the same in all english speaking nations from US, UK, Australia to New Zealand (south africa? i think their are others)

the structure and words are the same, the only difference is slang and accent, meaning if u learn english from the US and move to the UK in time u will get use to their accent and be able to understand them

  • great. i have a question, is there a place where I find all episodes of this course? "podEnglish" profie does not contain all videos and at its website I can't find it.

  • good one

  • I like the videos very much, but I want to watch so many that are not on the list, for example Learn English 18,21,24,26,29,30,31,33,37,38,39,41,42,43,45,47,49,52,64,55,59,64! However gives me some clue of getting them or helps me by giving them to me is welcome. Thanks!

  • Is it American english or British english?

  • Both they are the Same just have different slang, But aside from sentence phrases

Anyone can understand a English speaker

    From US or UK

  • I cannot understand the British accent!!

    I don't know why, I just can't.

I think I've watched too many American movies or something.

Ah, by the way, this channel needs some maintenance, I guess I've watched the same videos plenty of times.

    Regards.

  • some words are spelt differently in American english and British english formats

e.x flavour (british spelling) flavor (US spelling) or anaemia (British) vs anemia (US spelling)

  • I like the accent where's that from exaclty?...

  • The blinking guy says: "well, I'm interested in reading, so I hope to study English literature." You made a mistake there.

  • You are right, the blinking says: "Well, I'm interested in reading, so maybe I'll study

    English literature."

  • What means "as well"??

  • que ondas, aswell significa también

  • also

  • it means> "also" or "too"

  • @llamamebrucelee 'As well' means 'also'. 'As well' means 'too'. They have the same meaning, but they are often used with different ways of saying things. 'Also' can be used at the beginning of a sentence, but it is kind of awkward to begin a sentence with 'too'. (You can begin with 'as well as', but not 'as well'.)

I like books. He likes books, too.

He likes books. He also likes ice cream.

She likes driving. She likes walking, as well.

OR: She likes walking, too. OR: She also likes walking.

  • good lesson!

  • cooL!

  • good lesson Thanks so much

  • As a reasonably well-educated American, I find myself being appalled by this pointed example of how badly we've butchered the language xD

  • Really, the guy is blinking too much!

  • Well, rodright, I do think they got it spot on, but there were other problems, for example, the guy blinks too much, and the girl doesn't blink enough actually. He should hand over the blinks. Well, the girl is pretty, for example, she has nice lips. THE END.

  • God, you guys made a big mistake he english student boys says : Iv always INTERESTED reading, so i hope to study English literature.

    thanks

  • this people are English speakers...where are the studentes ?...

  • Excellent lesson!Thank you.

  • good
