I don't see any evidence that all the presidents are related. I see shaky evidence about a handful of them and extremely weak hypotheses about the rest. One study done by two guys (obvious bias) tries to say that they were all related. I'm not gonna waste my time, but try looking that study up chances are it'll be the only one. The clip says the "Windsor/Bush" bloodline goes back to British/European royalty, and then back to roman Emperors and Babylon.
I don't know.
The current British Monarchy traces its most anceint origins back through the House of Alpin in the 9th century AD and the Scots Kings of Dalriada which can be traced back to the 5th and 6th centuries. The records before that are unclear so i don't think anybody can say with any certainty.
