i just started knifing a little while ago and it is a lot of fun. the perks u use are

perk 1: 3x special grenades

perk 2: juggernaut

perk 3: extreme conditioning

it takes a while to get use to and some maps are better then others. like some of the best maps for ninjaing is wet work, downpour, and vacant. a few other maps that work is crash, district, crossfire, shipment, bog and pipeline.

some of the worse maps is bloc, countdown, and strike.

Knifing on TDM is easy, run into a room full of guys sniping and garot the lot of them. I have a knife only account but i play FFA and its far harder when 100% of the other players want to stick a slug in you rather than 50% of the enemy.

Most of those knife kills are single kills which is not impressive. I have a k/d ratio of 0.98 with knife only and thats pretty impressive with a streak of 11 so far.

i bought this adapter called gamebridge on ebay. Basically it allows you to attach the 360 onto a pc and record it. (but playing on the pc is bad since the reso is really low, so i attack the yellow, red and white into the gamebridge, and the blue green and red into the tv, so ill play on the tv and record on the pc).

U have to get use to the distance where the knife will register the hit. Aim at the middle of the body, since it's a bigger target.
