OK,get this....40+ years ago, I sang with the St.Ambrose College Chorus in a concert version of CARMEN with both Rosalind Elias and MaryBeth Peil as principals (with the Quad City Symphony?),Davenport, Iowa. She was brilliant! Sassy and sensuous. Perfect! And get this....next month I'm going to see both her and Ms.Peil in FOLLIES on B'dway. Can't wait!!!! I think I'm destined to be a "stagedoor Johnny"! Think she'll remember the gig!? I bet she does!
