In my culture, men and women don't touch unless they're spouses (in private) or children. How should a person kindly prevent an earnest hugger?

Wow, that's great that you're teaching this. the world needs more huggers. I believe in world peace, but first inner peace must be attained. Hugs are a good way to start. I plan to hug people on the street.
