I purchased a Swiss bar from Elite Fitness this summer. It's a great addition to my home gym. The bar isolates tricepts. I use it with bands and chains. I also use Elite's new black short band on my wrists for additional stress. Get one. You'll be happy.

I own this bar and love it. It's harder to use than I would have thought, but it's great. I use it mostly for accessory work.
