I love the bit about poor people supposedly being lazy. The reality is that many people in this country work at multiple jobs as hard as they can and are still unable to pay all of their expenses. @chazvegas What caused the financial crisis was banks being coerced into providing loans to people who couldn't afford to repay. This goes back to the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 and subsequent amendments in 1989, 1995 and 2005 per DEMOCRATS spear-headed by Barney Frank & Chriss Dodd who prevented necessary reform of FannieMae & FreddieMac which coerced the banks into the bad loans. Yes, this is the worst recession, b/c of Obama's failed policies of stimulus packages.

The representative from ACORN played the race card on no grounds at all in response to Beck accusing ACORN of being corrupt and bad for the country, so he threw him off. @Aegius I've been to Tea Party protests. The reality is that they DO draw racists. I've seen them, met them, talked to them, took video of them. Left wing protests draw racists and kooks, too, I've been to those protests, too. The Tea Party protests seem to have a higher proportion. I've been studying protest movements for over 20 years and I calls 'em as I see's 'em. Glenn Beck talks just like the racists I grew up around in my small town. I work for the government and I can assure you that the less government gets involved in your life the healthier, wealthier and happier you will be. Government in many areas a necessity, national defense, highway system, infrastructure like sewage & water treatment BUT when allowed to venture into too many areas, we screw up every time.
