Goldfinger were the second-best band of the weekend for me. Less Than Jake just pipping top spot. Great gigs from both of them though. Mosh pits, Walls of Death and attempted circle pits equals FUN! :D
Aye, the Lock-Up crowds have consistently been the best every year I've been at Leeds fest by some distance. Every year the crowds everywhere else get weaker whereas the Lock-Up is always crazy. I'm pissed off we've been put in a smaller one. The tent they've given us is just too small. The circle pits just didn't happen because they got flooded every time - too many people, too little space, and turned into giant mosh pits. Now I love mosh pits but I love circle pits too. I want both.
